Hi Everyone,
We have service desk configured for our environment and I'm able to create issues from the backend systems.
The problem is that when we assign a message processor and the processor changes the status of the issue to for instance "In process", we get a message in the list showing that the Status is in process with error.
When I open the issue and click on the red indicator it shows that their is an error in the Header Data with message text: "Partner xxx (Message Processor" is neither an employee nor an organizational unit".
I have checked that message processor does have a business partner created and I have assigned the person to a position in the org structure using ppoca_crm.
Please note That I'm not all that familiar with the service desk configuration.
Any advise would be appreciated

Goto BP tcode enter the concerned bp and press enter
in general mode check the identificaiton entry for your BP
secondly choose the role employee in bp role instead of general and now
see if you have given the userid in identification tab---User name value
