Create SNOTE

Can anyone tell me the steps for creating a note ? How am i going to create it ..

go to service.sap.com

sap support portal - click

help& support

report a product error

and choose your system

and give some search related to you your problem

and afatre search completed

you get at the top create message

now you can select what componenet afftected and send messages.

you can create a OSS message only. SAP COMPONENT experts creates SAP NOTES to resolve our problems if really problem existed in the sap product.
