warning in checkDB

Hi Experts,

My checkDB gives the following warning: operation: Update optimizer statistics, condition: Operation too old or has not been run in clean-up period

I have sheduled Upadate Statistics on Tuesday and cleanuplogs on Wednesday. Both jobs are green and I'm seeing checkdb on Thursday.

Do you know what can cause this warning?

Hi,

I did again update statistics, cleanup logs and checkdb and know everything is OK. Maybe schedulling was not correct.

Hi,

Update optimizer statistics, condition: Operation too old or has not been run in clean-up period

Above one is the warning only, it indicates that the "Update optimizer statistics" operation was not performed in last 10 days (default value).

You can check the settings in DB17 transaction. For the above warning the parameter is "STATS_TOO_OLD".

If you perform CHECKDB nextime (within 10 days) this warning will disappear..

Could you please run the Check DB again and see if everything is OK.

If you get the warnings again, please post the complete log.
