CCMS problem

Hi everyone,

I have registered the CCMS agent SAPCCM4X in BI, CRM, ECC and a PI system and my central system is solman 7.0 EHP 1.

I am not able to see a lot of MTEs. For e.g: I am not able to see the standard background jobs under the node Background-->Background job monitoring.

So how do i configure an email, if a standard job fails?

Thanks for your replies.

I dont have a problem in setting the alert email.

I want to know which MTE node should i configure, so that i will get an email when a Standard Background job fails.

I use R3BPServerSpecAbortedJobs to receive my alerts. Hope that helps.

Thanks Ryan for ur reply.

I am able to see the MTE mentioned only in my SOLMAN system.

When expland the MTE's of the satellite systems, i cant find the R3BPServerSpecAbortedJobs in any node.

Please help me.

Please use the following SAP notes as guides on setting up CCMS Email Alerts:

176492 - Automatic email when an alert occurs (RZ20)

617547 - RZ20: Sending alerts as mail and SMS
