SYSFAIL - SMQ2 Error - An Exception occured which was not caught

Experts ,

All messages queue are getting struck in SMQ2 with SYSFAIL and detailed error as "An Exception Occurred which was not caught " with function module name "SXMS_ASYNC_EXEC".

When checked in

- SXMB_MONI , i get the queue status as red .

- XML Detail Process , Process complete till XML Validation for outbound channel request , No call adapter process called .

Hi,

It could be due to the async process to be EOIO and any problem in queue can ens up with cascading SYSFAIL and error in SMQ2.

Please check out whether ant JOBRUN is associated with that or not if yes it has a chance of auto recovery after the JOBRUN.
