Hi,
I have to create a number of physical samples based on quantity entered. The materials are managed in PZ (UM). In particular, the rule is:
2-50 pz -> 2 fisical sample
51-500 pz -> 3 fisical sample
501 - 35000 -> 5 fisical sample
> 35000 - 8 fisical sample
Each sample must have the sample size 1 PZ.
Example:
GR = 40 pz --> I have to create 2 samples:
200000375 - sample size 1pz
200000376 - sample size 1 pz
GR= 65pz --> I have to create 3 samples:
200000377 - sample size 1 pz
200000378 - sample size 1pz
200000379 - sample size 1 pz
I tried using sempling scheme but I can only set sample size and not the number of samples. As with Sample-drawing procedures I can't define a correct formula for this case.
You can help me to solve this problem?
Thanks!
G
Yes,
I confirm that the
Size factor = 1
Fixed number = 0

Hi,
I created the following Sample scheme : code: TXT
Valuation parameters: without valuationPars
Sampling tables for: Insp. severities
Inspection severity 004
sampling Plans:
Lot size | Sample Size
50 2
500 3
3500 5
99999999 8
Then I assigned this Sample scheme TXT to Sample-Drawing procedure:
Tab primary sample:
Acc to sampling scheme TXT
inspection severity: 004
If I make an goods Receipt of 50 pieces, The system successfully created 2 samples, each 1 piece.
But if I receipt 60 pieces, the system creates 2 samples as the previous case ( the number correct is 3 sample). The same with 200 pieces.
This solution does not solve my problem.

Now I understand why companies don't want to install SAP
Thanks anyway for the support.

I tried to use the Sample-drawing procedures, but there is no formula to handle this.
the sequence (that write down) is not linear:
2-50 pz -> 2 physical sample
51-500 pz -> 3 physical sample
501 - 35000 -> 5 physical sample
and > 35000 --> 8 physical sample
How do I achieve this?

Hi,
Have you check sampling schem in this case .
If you use sampling scheme then you can achive this.
you can define sampling scheme
0 to 50 PZs- 2 Physical samples
51 To 500 PZS - 3 physical samples
501 to 35000 Pzs 5 physical samples
35000 above -- 8 physicak samples.
So above you can define sampling shceme .Put this sampling sheme in sampling drawing procedure.
Use this sampling procedure in inspection plan.
I think it will work for you.

SANIL
