Hi All,

I have installed my SAP XI GUI and JAVA.....When Every i am enter this TCode : <b>sxmb_ifr</b>... I got this message <b>The page cannot be displayed</b>... Please give me the solution......

Hi,

1) First make sure that the server is up and running.

2) Go to tools->InternetOptions->AdvancedTab and uncheck show frienly HTTp error messages and see whether you are getting any errors.

3) Make sure that the host file entries are updated

in the desktop C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts file.

Hi Sudheer,

I done what ever u r says... But problem is PRD is not found...this page is not opening ....http://prd:50000/rep/start/index.jsp

Hi,

Have you added the host PRD in the host file. Then only you will be able to access it using the url that you said.

There has to be an entry like

ipaddress systemname for example 12.324.234.12 PRD

Hi,

Go to this location

C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts file

open it with using some editor and add

ipaddress PRD in the file and save thats it

For entering host file entry you need to have administrative rights

Hi

Check whether you have required authorization

and

Java Web start Preferences none

and

You should have correct jdk

Hi,

Like mentioned by nikhil, you need to have JWS installed on your PC. but even before that , you need to have made the entry of the in the host file of your local system.

hi

If u are on windows system then the file can be found at the following location

C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc

and the enry should be like

<ipaddress> <host name of xi server>

hi

Do u have Java Web start installed too on ur computer.

u can install the J2SE v 1.4.2_12 JRE from the following location

http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/download.html

make sure u have the entries in the host file of ur system .
