Has anybody come across the following?

Support package level 0006 of ST-SER 701_2010_1 from system SOD-sapsod is unknown

Diagnosis

You have installed the support package for the software component version according to System Landscape (SMSY), but it is unknown in SAP Product and Production Management System (PPMS).

Procedure

Please check whether you have installed the support package. If not, please correct in System Landscape and then create a new Maintenance Optimizer (MOPZ) transaction; if yes, please contact SAP support to maintain the support package in PPMS.

Hi,

I am facing the same problem while trying to download the EHP4 stack in my solution manager.

Can you please tell what was the solution.

Error message for me is: "Support Package level 10 of SAP_NOTES 46C for system SID-hostname unknown".

Does it have anything to do with housekeeping jobs running in the solution manager.

Landscape fetch had somehow entered that the SP was 0006 even though it should be 0000.

I think it's solved.....
