form working for user but not working for client

Hi All,

There are 2forms & 1 program created undere 1 request in DEV.

since there is not test data in DEV I've moved the request to QAS.

Its not working fine.

So, I've created new request in DEV and again moved to QAS and tested.

its still wrong.

So, I've again created new requset in DEV and again moved to QAS to test.

Its still not working.

So, I've again created new requset in DEV and again moved to QAS to test.

ITS WORKING NOW.

THEN , i've moved only the last request no to PRO.

Request contains all 2 forms & 1 program.

now the problem is :

If i login to PRO and execute the program its working fine.

But its not workin for the client.

please help me on the issu.

Hello Chinna,

If the TOu2019s transported in the correct sequence, then normally it should not happen. But in rare cases, due to some internal issues these kind of issues can happen.

Regarding the issue in the production, I had a similar kind of issue like I can display a sales order output while my end user canu2019t. Finally I understood as it was due to the decimal format settings with the end user profile and so I maintained the smartform accordingly based on the user profile.

May be your issues also will be like the same. If you can provide the exact error message or log when your client tried to call the smartform so that I can provide you a better solution.

Thanks lor for you reply.

I am working on 4.6C.

I am using SAP script only.

the problem is with placement of text in form.

if I run the program I am getting the text where it should print.

If user is running the program the text is misplaced.

Since it is text only I hope it does not deal with your problem " the decimal format settings ".

As i mentioned earlier there are still 3 request in quality system.

I've a solution :

1. moving all the quality requests to PRO

2. Create new DEV request, move to Quality.

3. Then move to PRO.

will it work?

Hello Chinna,

If it is working for you, then it may not be a problem with the version. So I am not sure whether it will work fine once the new TO will be transported. But if you feel, please try it.

Could you tell me in details regarding the point u2013 u2018the problem is with placement of text in formu2019?

Hi Srini,

the text is

Due date should be printed beside the total amount if it reaches the bill date.

if it is not reached the bill date the due date should be displayed after teh total amount.

My problem got solved.

this is happend because of the wrong program name.

i made a very simple and BIG mistake.

instead of changing one program I've changed the other program.
