Automatic integration of SU01 user in to PPOMA

Hello experts,

We want to implemet Automatic integration of SU01 users in to PPOMA:

I.e. when ever user id is created from SU01, these users should be auotomatically assigned to the Org along with some default attributes in PPOMA based on certain criteria like cost center, user group, user role, profile etc.

Is there a Badi / Bapi so that report can be scheduled and newly created SU01 user gets the appropriate attributes in PPOMA without using USERS_GEN

Irahed. it may be possible. but you must ensure that always department is same 5XXXXX and you can write a small program for this and run batch .

since you must decide always which department it was supposed to assign.

do you remember vendor sync happen via batch in this same method .

since it has fixed vendor org permanaently.

You are right, no issues, if dept. is same always.

What if the dept. keeps changing depending the user's cost center, role, profile etc.?

you have to supply dept number , role, etc.. not recommended what you are trying . otherwise SAP would have done what they have done for us vendor replication.
