Delivery order error log

Dear Experts,

I have created sales order, while doing delivery displaying error log

"Material 1AESS001 does not exist in storage location MKW F001

Stor.loc was deleted since material is not maintained correctly"

storage location F001(now not using) set flagged for deletion at storage location level for plant MKW.

while doing delivery order system picking this storage location by default and showing the above warning.

then we nee to change the storage location by manually,then can do the delivery without any issue.

This is happening some of the materials only, why the system picking deleted storage location by default?

Any suggestions?

just check OVL3...i guess you have maintained this sto loc as a default..if this is maintained delet it from here.

Hi,

Go to MB1c, check your material stock status. Check which storage location the material exists.

Then you have either of these two options:

1. go to sales order line litem and change the storage location in shipping tab.

2. Do a stock transfer order from the storage location where the material exists to the storage location from where you are trying to create a delivery. T code MB1B
