Possible to edit an RFx question once it is Open for Response?

Hello,

We have an RFP that is currently in the Open for Response phase, and our buyer would like to make some edits to a few questions. Is this possible? I could not find anyway to do this.

Hi Matt -

Unfortunately, once the RFx is open for response, the questions cannot be changed. The user may have to duplicate the RFx and make the changes in the copy. Alternatively, if the adjustments to the questions are small and clarifying in nature, you could consider using the discussion thread on the question to provide additional information about the question to the suppliers.

Thanks for the reply. That's what I suspected. We did post to the RFP's Discussion board to inform our suppliers that they could just put in "N/A" as the answer for a few questions, but now we're trying to make a number of File Attachment questions not required.
