Hi,

RAM 16 GB

CPU's 1 CPU of type AMD64 Level 6 (Mod 15 Step 😎 2515 MHz

OS Windows 2003 Server Enterprise Service Pack 2

DATABASE Oracle 10.2.0.2.0

Kernel Release and patch Release 700 and patch level 146

SAP Product SAP CRM 2007 (6.0)

Component Software Component Release Level Support Package

SAP_ABA 700 15 SAPKA70015

And we are using WEB UI.

This is our CRM environment .But the performance is very slow.

Total No of user - 30

And i have checked Table space size enough space is there.

In st02 i checked buffer ratio almost 99% for all buffer.

particularly CRMD_ORDER tcode running ver slow.

kindly help me.

You really have only 1 CPU? That means that CPU must handle

- the operating system

- the database

- the SAP application

With 30 users the system will be just overloaded.

Can you explin where you found it ? Step by step explain what you see.

Are you see anythng in DB01 t-code ?

in db01 i found deadlock.

whenever 2 or 3 users running CRMD_ORDER i noticed in sm50 screen it reading and updating INDX table. that time it is taking long time and if i check db01 i found entires.

WOW, can you POST what do you see in DB01 ???????

P.S. try to check in St04 the V$LOCK Oracle view also ....
