SSO Failed on CRM server

Hi,

We have installed CRM 7.0 on ABAP and Java Stack. We can logon successfully using SAP Gui but not able to logon using IC Web client and getting error.

Single Sign On failure. Logon ticket not configured. If any one faced and solved the problem please advise us.
