Hi,
We are using SRM4.0. And the user reply approval Email to approve PO.
But sometimes, the user complain the reply the Email but the PO is not approved.
How I can check the user really reply the Email in SRM? If the user reply the Email, what could be the reason that SRM did not approve the PO? How can I manully interven to approve the PO?

For inbound mailing, see SOIN transaction.
But more exactly, see in the Sap Business Work Place of user who executes scheduled report RBBP_OFFLINE_EVAL if approval/rejection mail is still there.
If yes, this means that workitem status cannot be updated by the report.

See spool list after report RBBP_OFFLINE_EVAL ran: if any errors exist for the workitem (user locked, incorrect e-mail adddress, etc.), you will have information about it.
