Alert is not active and not accessible

I have activated System Monitoring function for my ECC landscape. When I go and see in the Graphic monitor, it shows active only for my PRD and DEV systems. The Quality system shows as inactive. When I check in the Setup System Monitoring , I can see the Alerts as Inactive and giving me the error message

"No properties can be maintained for the selected nodes (MTE)"

I have checked and see that the MTE Classes are active in my QAS Satellite system.

Please advise....

The solution is active as we are getting the EWA.

Hello,

Have you checked in the Solution itself that the Quality system has the status "Put in Solution". Sometimes this is over looked.
