Hello everyone,
when i try to access the nwa with the administrator user i get the message "Password is blocked".
1. Why is it blocked? It's the first time anyone tries to access the nwa in this installation
2. How can i unblock it? Note: the password is only blocked for the nwa, SAP Logon can be accessed without problems.
Sincerely,
Tanja Wiemann
EDIT:
when i enter a wrong password, the same message appears.
Do i have to set a distinct nwa-password for that user somewhere?
HI,
First please specify which product version it is .
You can try this

Thanks for the answers.
I'm not really a SAP-Expert so i don't know most of the abbrevations used in those links.
I used another workaround: i created a new user and gave him the j2ee-administrator-role (which the blocked user also had).
The other user is still locked, but i have the feeling that i will have to invest too much time to learn how to unlock him (seems to be symptomatic in the SAP-world: great effort -> little effect...).
Sincerely,
Tanja
Hello,
Which user are you using to login into nwa??????
and i dont think u can login with the same user in ur abap stack as the user must be administrator.
Otherwise you can change the password in config tool and check.
Nirmal.
