Smartform link open SAP GUi or SAP GUI for HTML

Hi,

I have posted a link in a smartform wich directs me to a transaktion in SAP GUI

http://hostname8000/sap/bc/bsp/sap/dswp_bsp/dsmop.html?ISBSP=X&CMD=NOMI&NCMD=CRMVW

This opens CRMD_ORDER in Solution Manager.

Depending on the system the link sometimes open SAP GUI for Windows and sometimes SAP Gui for HTML.

Does anyone know where to configure that?

This is really a Solution Manager configuration Query rather than ITS.
