Hi,
I have posted a link in a smartform wich directs me to a transaktion in SAP GUI
http://hostname8000/sap/bc/bsp/sap/dswp_bsp/dsmop.html?ISBSP=X&CMD=NOMI&NCMD=CRMVW
This opens CRMD_ORDER in Solution Manager.
Depending on the system the link sometimes open SAP GUI for Windows and sometimes SAP Gui for HTML.
Does anyone know where to configure that?
Thanks a lot and Best Regards Alex

Just click the link in the mail which was generated from the smartform, or copy manually into the browser. That does not matter.
The request will be sent to the solman, and the ITS will choose whether to call SAP GUI HTML or SAP GUI for Windows.
So it is probably an ITS setting. And probably I posed the question into the wrong category.

I don't understand how it could start SAPGUI for windows, as the links directs to the web server. Could you give more information about that? What is the context of the smart form? (is it launched from a SAPGUI for windows session, or from a mail client (outlook...), or from somewhere else?)
