copy hundreds of delivery note numbers in VF01 Transaction code in invoice

Hi Team,

We need some help regarding tranzaction: Vf01

We need to recreate invoices for many delivery notes (eg:800-900 delivery document) belong to one certain invoice. We can copy only a few (13-14) delivery note numbers with Crtl+C to u201CDocs to be processedu201D area. Coping this way is very time consuming.

Do you know some tricks how we can copy hundreds of delivery note numbers into this transaction?

Looking for your suggestions in order to resolve this issue.

This issue is resolved by advising the user to use VF04.

Are you aware of VF04 facility ?? There you can give en number of delivery documents.

Very much thanks for your update. I am aware of VF04 and i also suggested the same to the user. But i would like to know there is any other possibility other than VF04. (i.e with in VF01 to copy the 800 - 900 delivery doc numbers).

Hi,

In that case, you can user "F7" key to add more documents in to VF01.

That's the right most button in the VF01 screen. But still it'll allow you to add set by set.
