Link Documents Sub-screen is to be added in Equipment Task List

Dear All

Client Requirement is like this,

The document should be attached in the Equipment Task List. The attached document should flow automatically in the Preventive Maintenance Order, when we create PM order using the Equipment Task List.

Please guide me how to achieve the above requirement.

Hi VP BalaMurugan,

You can link documents with SAP objects for which no linking is supported in the standard SAP System. The below link will aid you to understand the same.

Dear Pradeepkumar

I want to add the object equipment Task list in the Document Types.

I have added by using the below path:

SPRO>Cross-APP components>Document Management>Control Data>Define document Types-->Define object links.

But still i am not able to get the document link subscreen in Equipment Task list transaction.

Please explain me step by step method to achieve this requirement.

Hi Vp,

we can't link documents directly to maintenance order. Either euipement master or functional location we can link.

Please check in SE80 for screen exit availability for the said screen.

It's not possible in standard environment.
