Dear Guru,

I have a scenario in my project.

1.MIC1

2. MIC2

3.MIC3

4.MIC4

5.MIC5

6.MIC6

MI3 = MIC1 + MIC 2

MIC 6 = MIC3 + MIC 4 + MIC5

I am applying the formula but not able to get the results correctly.

Can you please help me with correct forumulas i have to maintain in MIC3 and MIC 6

Thanks

Doing it the way you have it set up will require you to valuate characteristics twice. 1-3 first need to be valuated, (to calculate MIC 3), and then you can valuate 4-6.

If the formula is really the true formula, you shouldn't include Mic 3 in the Mic 6 calculation.

Mic3 = Mic1 + Mic2

Mic6 = Mic1 + Mic2 + Mic4 + Mic5.

This should give you the same results and saves a step in result recording.

Hi

1. Make MIC for MIC3 and MIC6 as calculated char. When incorporating MIC3 and MIC6 in insp. plan, use formula using C0 (arithmatic mean)

2. Make sure MIC1, MIC2 COMES before MIC3 in insp. plan and MIC6 comes after MIC3, MIC4 and MIC5 in inspection plan.

Hope this will solve your issue. Otherwise please write the actual messege/error that you are getting.

in inspection plan we are having inspection characteristics as 10 to 60 in which mic1 to mic 6 are attached.

now

in mic 3 and 6 control indicators set 'cal. char' ie. calculated characteristics and 'record mesured values'. these characteristics should be quantitative type.

then system will ask u for formula

for char 3, C010+C020

for char 6, C030C040C050.

check

note: c0 is c and zero
