Unable to cancle Billing document

Hi,

when i try to cancle the billing document in vf11 by entering billing document number and billing date the

system showing error message VF:706 .

kindly help me..i m new to this.

Surprising and never come across this message number. By the by what was the error message text system was popping up ??

This message is not available in standard system.

It may be created as per business requirement.Pl check with your technical consultant

Or you need to have authorization to display T-code SE91.

Are you sure that the number of message VF is 706? In my system (ECC 50) I cannot find it.
