Hello,
Now , I got a problem " double reservation", our users told me they encoutered "double reservation" occasionally.
I have leant from our consultant that if this material is staged, you proceed BOM transfer again. it will be double. but via my testing, it is not the case.
do you have any experience on 'BOM transfer" or "double reservation". could you please share it with me.
thanks in advance
Meng
Maybe this is caused by using a warehouse management system creating batch splits. This would lead to the effect, that the 'original' requirement created by the first CN33 transfer is set to 0 and a new one is created by the warehouse management. But a newly run CN33 will not consider this requirement from WM and therefore increase the quantity of the 'original' one (the one set to 0 by the warehouse management) again.
Or you need to apply note no. 864618. This is only relevant, when you start the BoM transfer from CSPB.
You can also check, whether this doubled reservations are both coming from a BoM transfer. In table RESB, you find the following fields: STLTY, STLNR, STLKN and STPOZ. These specify from which BoM the components were derived. If for one reservation these fields are not filled, this requirement is not from a BoM transfer. Therefore it is not a 'doubled' one.
