Note movement type used while doing goods receipt for sales return.

go to omjj t_code and enter mnt. type(651)

go to Update control / WM movement types tab

in that 'Inspect.lot origin' 06 should be present.

in material master 06 inspection type should be activated

go to qcc3

Inspection Lot Creation

Maintain Inspection Types -06

Notification type should be q1

when inspection lot is created and u record defects q1 notification will be automatically created.

My concern is, when Saes dept. creates return order and delivery. i need notification(Q1) automatically. means no need to go in QM01 etc......can it is possible?.

Hi,

It is not possible in Standard SAP.

If you go for some enhancement like using an user exit at the time of saving delivery and calling a BAPI to create notification with required values being passed, the notification can be created.

as per my knowledge automatic notification creation is not possible after sales order creation .

this facitility is availabale in CRM ( Customer relationship management).

As per solution suggested by me in above thread u don't need to go through qm01 t_code

duringdefect recording in inspection lot(06) notification will be automatically created.
