Receipt of similar notifications simultaneously

Hi,

We have a requirement where a user must receive the design drawing, assembly photo and relevant associated document at one go in mail box. How can this be done? Do we have specific workflow?

Hi Sandeep,

Distribution Order package will help you close this requirement.Distribution order package is a collection of part orders that sends documents of the same distribution type to intended recipients.This order is generated automatically by the system.

In your case, the design drawing, assembly photo and relevant associated document(part orders) are clubbed together to form one distribution order package. Document distribution is controlled by the main workflow WS 20000104. In this workflow, all the part orders are grouped together to form a distribution package in which documents of the same distribution type are sent to a recipient. Hi Sandip,

This can be done by using document distribution - receipient list. you can send these at a time in standard environment in SAP inbox. If you want to send in outlook then workflow needs to define.
