Hi,
I am unable to open Integration Builder.
Once I click on the link "integration directory", User Id and Password screen appears and when I enter the correct user ID and Password, Nothing happens, only the" Wait" icon appears for ever.
I understand that itu2019s something to do with our access in my machine. We have stiff security policies.
In internet explorer setting --> I have "Accept all Cookies" and also Pop-ups are not blocked (as Privacy setting)
Please help me to resolve this issue.
Regards,
Rehan
If you are able to enter login id details in ID means it not a problem with JAVA version it is confirm.
are you able to open ESR??
please let me know,so that i will guide you.
When you first time access ID or ESR ,it intially it will load somel files from PI Server to local files, may be here you getting problem.

Raj

Hello there,
Try the following:
From Control Panel, go to Java -> General tab, Temporary Internet Files
-> View... -> Delete all the content there.
Then, go to http://<host>:<port>/rep -> Administration. In Repository
and Directory tabs, go to Java Web Start and click the button
Re-initialization and force-signing.
It will do the reassign the jar files again.

Hi,
Yes Srinivas is completely right,we only check for the java webstart generally even if it is installed right server space issue can prevent you to open your Integration Builder application. So check for that also with your Basis Team.
Cheers,
Abhishek

Hi Rehan,,
Is it the first time you are trying to open the builder page after a fresh installation of PI?
if yes then please check the java version in you machine.
For PI 7.1 use 1.5.0 and for PI 1.4.2 is best suited.
If its not the first time , then either it is due to problem with java web start or server space issue which basis can fix .

Srinivas
