blocked stock to quality insp stock type

Hi, scenario is as follows: received 10 qty of certain roh material from vendor. 8 has been accepted 2 kept in blocked stock. now vendor came to our company and he reworked those 2 blocked / rejected qty and checked by our quality dept and found ok and kept in unrestricted stock. pls advise how to map the above. how to move the 2 rej qty from blocked to quality stock, how system generates insp lot and how to process this. thanks a lot for your support.

Hi,

Just avtivate inspection type for your material ,

MB1B transfer stock posting with movement 349 .Once you do that new lot will get generated with inspection origin 08 .Now for this new lot you can give result recore & usage decision & again post it to as per your requirement.

you can use usage 09 here in inspection plan .

Activate 08 inspection type.

Do transfer posting with mov type - 349. System will create lot. Do RR & UD to unrestricted.
