Delivery is splitting

Hi seniors,

We have created a delivery against a PO for subcontractor in ME2O. In result we have got a 3 delivery documents xxxxxxxx and xxxxxxxx and xxxxxxx instead of one. Can you advise what is wrong? transportation, route, partner everything is same for all material. Kindly tell me what will be the cause please

Delivery split can happen because of

Diferent Ship to party

Different shipping points

Different Inco terms, both part1 and part 2

Different Route (if transportation is used)

Check these one of them must be different.

Hi,

It is because of availability check which is been assigned with the material in material master. As it is assigned different, it has created multiple delivery. But kindly tell me, what is the relationship between availability check and creating deliveries ?

Which delivery did u create?

Inbound deliv or Out bound deliv.

Hi,

Kindly check if you have different shipping points, ship to party and schedule lines. Also check your copy control rules.

Shipping Point details are available on "Administration" tab at header level of delivery.

Hi jana,

Multiple Delivery will create w.r.t PO becasue of these reasons.

Delivery date

Shipping Point

Route

Receiving Plant i.e. Destination Location.( Customer)

All the above information are available in the shipping tab individual item wise. in respective Purchase Order

Hi,

Goto the Delivery document in VL02N and in EDIT----ERROR LOG you can find the SPLIT REASON

Please chcek the split reason in the error log, there you can identify the reason behind splitting the delivery document.

Please check and revert back if you need further help

In VL02N also, the error log is not accessible.
