How to find the form name(in t-code QC20) for customer test certificte.

Dear Experts,

We are using QC20 T-Code to get the form printed for customer test certificate.Also, some coding has been included in that standard form. Now we got some problem in the form and we want to debug the same.

Kindly guide me how to find the form name. Do we assign form name with transaction code in configuration side? Kindly help me out. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

We define the form name(script name) in the certificate profile(T.code QC01)..

In the customization also, SPRO--> Quality Managment --> Quality Certificate -->Process Output -->Assign print program to output type/medium. In this also, you can edit for the output type LQCA or LQCB.
