Hi All,
Our approvers are unable to approve text shopping cart line items that have a delivery date set in the past or before the date of approval.
When they try to approve, an error message is issued
"Requested delivery date cannot be met. Earliest possible date is <todays date>"
The only way an approver can approve the line item is to change the delivery date to todays or a future date. This is not an acceptable pratical solution or workaround.
How can we resolve this issue? We really need to allow the approval of all line items whether or nor the delivery date is in the past.
We have implemented SRM 4.0 on Server 5.0.
Regards,
Grace
Hi Grace,
You can change this message into a warning message in SPRO > Cross-Application Basic Settings > Message Control > Influence Message Control for object type BUS2121.
Message cl = BBP_PD
No. = 244
Type = W
You may need to add the same message into table BBPC_PDMSG if it's not there already.
Regards,
Paula
