We are calling TRIP transaction as a transaction iview in ESS. We want to disable or hide "Change Personnel Number" option in the menu bar in TRIP transaction. Kindly let us know how this can be achieved.

Create a variant in SHD0 and assign the variant to the users.
Once assigned, they will not be able to change the personnel number.

If employee have no rights in their profile to make bookings or expenses for others, the switch employee should not appear.
Check your traveler profile : In object P_TRAVL for AUTHP you should have 'O' which means 'only the user's own personnel number'.
