Post Goods Issue

Hi All,

When i am trying to Post Goods Issue for Outbound delivery, GI gets generated but, is getting archived immediately. Please let me know what could be the reason. There's no issue with number range.

Any information about this would be of great help.

Hi Sireesha,

First Step

Execute this program ZZ_DEL_DOCFLOW_SD in SE38

Material document shows status as archived

Once the delivery document is corrected if any wrong postings happened.

2nd step

Now, execute the program u201CRVDELSTAu201D through Tcode SE38 and give the delivery number and remove the simulation u201Cticku201D. This will change the goods issue status in the delivery.

3rd Step : After the program is executed do the goods issue.

Still if the same problem persist, please co ordinate the same thing with OSS.

Revert if u have any query.

Are you able to see the delivery document? or not..

if yes then check with a MM consultant for the solution.

Or else some times after doing the PGI, if you open the delivery immediately system will give us a message that it is archived. Actually it might be in the buffer only, then close the screen for a while and open it again you can see the documents.

Hi,

Please check is any print ouput is triggred at the time of saving delivery or PGI. Maintain default printer settings for user profile or check the printer settings.
