WM Picking Strategy "H"

My question regarding warehouse Management, I have encountered a problem when I create a transfer order; system not recognized a stock removal strategy u201CHu201D Shelf life expiry when I have checked on the shelf life expiry against warehouse and a movement type.

When I create a transfer order with movement type 201 system take quantity first from the batch which has already expired and second quantity drawn from batch which has greater expiry then the third batch, meaning that system adopt the quantity in FIFO pattern rather it should be taken on the basis batch expiry date.

Kindly help me in this regard.

Did you activate the Shelf life expiration date check at the warehouse number level ? Please make sure you do that and you ca assign the strategy H at storage type level.
