Hello,
can you please help,i got one issue is when the approver is trying to approve the shopping cart it thrown error message "shopping cart locked".due to this reason the approver not able to approve the shopping cart.
Request you to please help me where i need to check in SRM side.
this is the matter of urgency.

Hi,
Has the user been ejected from a previous SRM session? I could be that another session of this same user blocks the workitem.
Ask the user to unlock. Check if a session is still opened via AL08. If yes, kill the sessions via SM04.
