Solution Manager - Mail notification

Hi,

I have configured SAP Solution Manager to perform the monitoring of the R/3 systems and now i need to configure the the mail notification of this service.

Is it possible to do it?

Hi Nuno,

if you are referring to system monitoring you can use auto reaction methods as Rinkal suggested. If you are referring to Business Process Monitoring you can customize the notifications in the BPM setup session.

Hi,

I understand that you have configured various nodes for monitoring thr R/3 system.

In order to send the mail notification, you have to add an auto-reaction method to each of the nodes.
