SRM 4.0 Internal error Cannot Synch (URGENT)

We have a growing number of users who are receiving this error and cannot complete shopping carts. We run SRM 4.0 (which we upgraded to in April) in a classic scenario. The error goes on to state that the termination type was TH_RES_FREE and the ABAP call stack was SYSTEM-EXIT of program SAPLBBP_SC_UI_ITS. This is randomly affecting over 40 users at the present time and is getting worse. Any assistance would be appreciated!!!!!

We do not use USERS_GEN, we use the HR Org Structure and did not want an SRM only structure.

Well, it should be interesting to know :

1- why only some users have this issue ?

2- what user action did generate the error ?

Could you confirm that your user are consistent ?

One of the users shows up in ST22 with the following information:

The termination occurred in the function "ITS_Plugin" of the SAP

Basis System, specifically in line 580 of the module

"//bas/640_REL/src/krn/dw_gui/sapdiag/w3xxdiau.cpp#17".

The internal operation just processed is "----".

The internal session was started at 20060622115825.

No explanatory text found in the database for this runtime error

It will be delivered in a Support Package

Let me know what other information might be pertinent. but it is curious that all of the affected users do not show up.

That is what is frustrating, it is not consistent. And a user might have the issue now and then later be able to go in and complete a cart. Certain people, however, cannot complete a cart at all. Others get it when clicking, order, into a catalog, check status. It has been a terrible mess!

What is your SAP_BASIS SP level ?

It seams that you need to update it to the latest level.

Did you solve this problem?

I'm facing it in SRM 5.0, also with some of the users.

I could reproduce the problem when I simulated a user navigating in SRM (Web), using a App server (A) . When the load balancing re-directed the next http request to a diferent server (B), the error message appears:

Internal error Cannot sync

Do you have a similar arquitecture, or the problem appeared in a different situation?
