Dear Friends,
Can any one please advice how to print sample label from inspection lot. I know we can print sample drawing procedure from QA02. Is that any otherway to print sample Label.
Thanks,
krish
Just click on printing lables tab when physical sample is not there.Check whether all parameters appears ?
As per my knowledge print lables is associated with sample mgt.

Only with sample management.
Think about it. Without sample numbers what would SAP print? What would be on the label? Just the inspection lot number? How many would it print? With sampling procedures and sample drawing procedures to understand if these are pooled samples, individual samples or reserve samples, the system can't figure any of that stuff out. So you need the sample drawing procedures.
If you want to devise your own method to calculate the number of sample labels to print, and you want to do this automatically, I suggest you use one of the user exits that are utilized when an inspection lot gets created and create a custom program to print the labels. Here are some user exits you might consider. Some of these depend on the type of inspection lots you're using.
QAAT0001 Inspection type determination different from variant 01
QAAT0002 Control of acceptance lots/goods receipt
QAPP0001 User exit QAPP 1 (create inspection point)
QAPP0002 User exit QAPP 2 (create inspection point & other data)
QAPP0003 User exit QAPP 3 (IDI: inspection point and other data)
QAPP0004 Customer exit 4 for insp. point proc. (partial lot default)
QAPP0005 Create partial lot
