After you have corrected the cause of the error, continue with the
import by choosing Support Package -> Import queue from the initial
screen of the Support Package Manager.

I am applying SP7 for PaymentEnginee_300. I am getting the following error : IMPORT_PROPER
I have give the error log here. Please check it and let me know.
I have checked TP settings, all RD jobs ran successfully.
rdisp parameter also set.
I have tried to reimport the SAP transport request(SAPK-30007INPE1 ) , no luck. I have bounced the SAP too
