Outbound Pricing Error VJ000-No relevant partner system EXISTS

I am trying to create an Outbound IDOC from Pricing master record VK12. I have maintained for existing working LS DX010 partner system message type COND_A in the outbound and Inbound Parameter section via WE20.

When I try to create/ send IDOC from VK12 it always gives me the message VJ000 "No relevant partner system DX1020 exists for output category COND_A". Can anyone tell me what steps am I missing to create the outbound IDOC.

I will appreciate help in this. Thanks in advance

As you can see from my message earlier a LS DX010 was already created. Is there something else that I am missing.
