Thanks for the reply. But Business will not sell it as returnable material. Its direct sale along with the original material and some times business sell only packaging material also.
You can maintain another item category as manually changeable in item category determination, maintain the sales views in material master record. Maintain the account determination etc as you will do for a salable itme.
Then change the item category as required in the transactions depending on whether it is a sale or only as a pack material.
