Hi
Pricing is also assigned to your document type also considering the sales area and customer master now my question is pricing assigned at header level or item
Vinz
Hai,
Basically the Pricing Procedure Determination is associated with Sales area + Document Pricing Procedure + Customer Pricing Procedure + Pricing Procedure + Condition type.
Here the Condition types are once again two types.
Header and Item Level .
You can maintain the condition types as per your requirement both at header and item level.
The net value picks up from the summation of header and item levels only.
If you had 5 line items in the sales order you have to enter the pricing for the respective line items individually and as well you can maintain at header level also on the whole for all the materials..
On the whole you cannot split and maintain to the particular material at the header level and that is differentiating with the other line items.
On the whole the Pricing is based on the Item level only.
Here a simple example is referred to clarify your requirement.
You had purchased 2 text books, 3 pens, 4 pencils, 5 erasers from a shop keeper.
He had done the billing of 100 rupees on the whole materials.
Beeing a regular customer the shopkeeper had offered a 10 rupees discount on the whole purchases apart from the individual discounts. This discount you can split or does not split on the whole purchases. This discount can be entered only once at the header level (not 4 times - because of 4 line items present in the sales order )This is known as group condition ,means of grouping the all materials or individually splitting.
Kindly confirm for any

Each pricing procedure contains different condition types. These are based on user requirements. Some of these are header condition types ex:HA00,HD00 etc,...Some are item conditions ex: PR00, K004 etc,.... only item conditions have access sequence.
Pricing procedure is applicable to header and items.

Pricing can be header level or item level. It depends on configuration of condition type.
