In SRM7, portal iView "Check Status" is a POWL application which contains 5 tags:
Shopping Carts, Confirmations, Invoices/Credit Memos, Team Carts, Confirmations for Team Carts
We want to display tag Shopping Carts only and hide other 4 tags for all users. We found that it cannot be done in Component Configuration /SAPSRM/POWL_CONFIG_SC because the tags are not explicitly defined. In portal content administration, preview the application in admin mode seems only work for the administrator only.
Please advise want can I do? If this can be done, can it be transport to QA and production systems? Thanks in advance.
Hi Donald,
The tabs can be hidden by changing some IMG settings.
1. Go to transaction SPRO in the SRM system.
2. Go to Cross Application Components -> General Application Functions->Generic SAP Business Suite Functions ->Personal Object Worklist-> Define Query Visibility at Role Level
3. Look for the application SAPSRM_E_CHECKSTATUS
4. Delete the entries corresponding to Confirmations, Invoices/ Credit memos, Team Carts and Confirmations for Team Carts
5. Save the changes
While making these changes you will asked for the transport number. So these changes can definitely be transported to QA and production systems.
