is there any function module which can tell me the ibase number if i give transaction id or guid ?

you can use FM CRM_SERVICE_ROB_OB with parameter iv_ref_guid.
The IBase is in field OSSET->REFOBJECT->IB_INSTANCE.

can u tell me the exact entries what to put in that FM.....i have a GUID ....then wat is the next step....coz itz the output tables are coming blank only !!!!
just put your guid in the parameter IV_REF_GUID.
The result is in structure ES_SRV_OSSET_WRK.
If you use se37 to check this, klick on the detail-icon for this structure, then you should see the results.
