Inspection methods long text template

Hi Gurus,

I need when entering the long text for inspection methods, a Microsoft Word template appears where I can make my entery, I used to find this when I was working with best practices, but now I'm working with IDES EHP4 and I don't get it.

Where can I make the settings for these and what is to be done?

Pl. check SU53 after getting the error message.

I think its an authorization issue.

check with your basis people.

Well if you want to change the editor in inspection method long text>GoTo>change editor

Also you can configure editor --->tick on "Graphical PC editor"

It is marked Sujit, actually the message I get is that the system can't find a template, so any body have ideas about fixing this issue?

I guess you didn't understand my question, your link is talking about installation of IDES, my query is about inspection methods.
