Crystal Reports XI Pro - Updates


I recently purchased Crystal Reports XI Pro and have installed this on a windows 2003 machine. The current version installed is I've also registered the product with SAP. I'm not sure if this is the correct forum to post this question, but when I open Crystal Reports and go to Help > Check for Updates - I get a pop that says:

The Update Service does not recognize this product. Please contact your software vendor for updates to this product. Error 13001: Product Not Registered with the Update Service.

Can someone point me in the right direction to register my product with the Update Service so this functionality will work?
