Signature Certificates Update

Dears.

The customer where I work for uses SAp NFe 1.0 and needs to change his Certificate for the NFe signature process because it's going to expire in the next few days.

Our basis team have already uploaded the new certificates into SAP Netweaver AS Java through Visual Administrator tool. They put these new certificates inside the same view where the currently certificates had been uploaded before. However, they have changed the old certificates name to a totally different name and copied the old names to the new certificates. The idea of that is to eliminate the need of carry out an addition customization on SAP NFe 1.0 IMG, where we create a relation between the NFe issuer's CNPJ code with the view and the name of the entry in this view that has been uploaded in the Visual Administrator Key Storage option. We thought that by copying the entry name related to the CNPJ code to the new certificates will make the system start to use the new certificates.

Do you think that by coying the old certificates name to the new ones will make the system to consider only the new certificates?

Best Regards.

Bom dia Rafael,

If you changed the Certificate name, you have to change it's reference in SPRO -> SAP GRC Nota Fiscal Eletronica -> Configure System Response for Each Tax Number (CNPJ). If you used the same name, I think you have to restart JAVA.

I always change the certificate name to avoid confusion: Ex: Certificate_COMPANY_2009, Cerfificate_COMPANY_2010
