Stock Intransit Inconsistencies in APO

Hi All,

In R3 the GR is already done against the STO/delivery. In APO I can still see the stock as stock in transit (Category is AH).

I did the cons check and tried all the possible means but I can not get rid of the SIT order.

Can any one help me out resolving the above query.

Dear Jignesh,

If you use inbound delivery in one step instead of the usual two

step process, the POmemo is not bound with PO but with

delivery. It requires to adapt the distribution definition for the

destination location for order type 53 (sales order).

Hi Tiemin,

Thanks for your reply. The order that I am referring to is Stock transfer order. The shipment and the good reciepts is already completed in R3. This order is just in APO and have to get rid of from APO.

Can you help me out with this ?

Hi Jignesh,

To delete any inconsistent stocks in APO, you can use tcode /n/sapapo/rlcdel, then filtering only the select objects by Category for the stock in transit, and the material and plant, then tick the "In R/3 and APO" radio button so that it can also delete the stock in transit value, ive tried it and the stock in transit is deleted in R/3 and APO side

Hi Jignesh,

Check both the inbound and outbound queues in transaction

/sapapo/sq or smq1/smq2 in both APO and in R/3. If there

are any struck queues, please clear the same and check.

Hi Jignesh,

Run the /SAPAPO/CCR report for in-transit in APO, its will show the inCosnsistency between APO and R/3.

For delivery try /sapapo/sdrqcr21 may be help you .

I incorrecly entered conscheck. I actually meant CCR.
