Prompt Group Values Disappear

Hi all,

I am having an issue with some of my cascading list of values prompt groups. Basically, I create an LOV e.g. Region, Country, City and generate a Prompt Group for this using Crystal.

Everything works as it should for a while and then, for no reason I can determine, the Prompt Group loses all of its values i.e. the drop downs are empty. This is true for reports that have been loaded into Infoview as well.

Has anyone else experienced this behaviour and if so, have you found out why it happens?

I am using Crystal 2008 and Business Objects R3.

What Service Pack you are running.

Updating to latest service pack may resolve your issue.

We had such issues but were taken care after installing lastest SP and FP.
