Activating - Configuring Service Desk

Hi All

I have a question about activating / configuring the SolMan Service Desk?

The client here is asking if we can configure it, but not activate it in their Production landscape.

They would like to See the functionality, before they make a decision to use it. They're afraid once it's activated it may not be able to de-activate it and cause problems in Production.

There is nothing like this.

You can activate srevice desk at any moment and it will not affect any of your production environment.

Also if any point of time you want to deactivate it from any production system. just delete the RFC which you are going to connect to solman.

Any how even RFC is working it will not affect any prodcution activity.
